Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with any purchases made with Shawparth Trading, please contact our office within 30 days from receipt of the goods.

Goods must be returned to Shawparth Trading in the same condition they were originally received.

Return freight will be at Shawparth Trading’s cost only when there has been an error on Shawparth Trading’s part. Where goods have been ordered incorrectly by the customer, return freight is the customers responsibility.

Please note that special orders and custom made lines will only be replaced or refunded if the error is ours.

Restocking fees may apply in some instances.

Shawparth Trading are bound by and comply with the Trade Practices Act (1974).
